P&I Operational Manager (PE-11500)
-- Lead and control the financials for consolidated products/ contacts/service lines/Sector/Business Units/Centre roles
-- Responsible for timely delivery during financial close and planning cycle
-- Provide financial/business information along with business insight to key stakeholders, to help manage performance of
the area against planned/expected outcomes
-- Ensures adherence to Compliance & Governance framework
-- Drive the strategic CFU/CU objectives and cost transformation projects
-- Engagement with senior stakeholders
-- Manages a team & ensures team delivers on agreed SLAs
-- Implement People practices, coach & mentor people

-- Ability to lead team and skills to understand and channelize team for operational objectives
-- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial standards
-- Ability to understand end to end complex processes and systems
-- Can directly work with Business teams to support Strategic objectives and Cost Transformation projects
