HR Administration Clerk - 6-month fixed term (PE-11465)

If you join us, you will be responsible for the followings:
1. Prepare, review and maintain digital filing system for routine Human Resources documents.
• Review the designation of beneficiary forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile information with SAP records
• Consolidate and file forms in the pre-determined filing instructions and assemble and organize the HR filing room.
• Scan and upload electronic copies on staff member’s P2 form to their e-OSF (electronic Official Status File).
• Scan and send electronic copies of the A2 form to the UNJSPF, then upload to the staff member’s e-OSF
• Draft correspondence to follow up on incomplete forms.
2. Maintain and generate reports on completion of the forms based on the project requirements.
• Provide periodic feedback to the supervisor on the completion of tasks.
3. Provide overall administrative support to the Human Resources Unit.
What you need to have?
• Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) is a minimum requirement.
• Intermediate knowledge in the Microsoft Suite of Products (including MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) is required.
• Fluent English language skills (verbal, reading and written) are required.
• Previous hands-on experience in planning, organizing and delivering administrative support services is highly desirable.
• 1-3 years of work experience in human resources or administration is desirable.
