Master Data Lead (PE-11447)
Responsibilities:
Support data infrastructure by creating and maintaining material master data in the system. Part of the job also includes updating or building existing tools, processes, and systems
• The main role is to manage material master data information while maintaining highest level of accuracy and quality control ensuring data integrity across systems
• Analyse and troubleshoot Master Data Domain and system issues with Stakeholders, effectively communicating results to Data Governance team and Stakeholders.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity throughout all areas of the Master Data Management domain
• Maintain and leverage tools developed for item data management (i.e. supplier tools like GS1) and suggest improvements for efficiency
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and deploying business processes and new or existing technology tools across business.
• Maximize the capabilities of current toolsets to create reporting solutions in support of business initiatives, and make recommendations on new toolsets for the business
Support end-to-end business reporting, analytics to provide insights that will drive business growth, performance, and efficiencies
• Provide reporting, and analysis support for end-to-end team to influence, discover, solve, and/or support business decisions/challenges
• Participate and give input to projects by identifying requirements
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Maintain the relevant GDSN data pools in the cluster.

Requirements:
• Graduate level preferred
• A broad-based knowledge of how effective data management can support other functions
• 3 years in a data management or data related role is preferred
• Good knowledge on tools such as SAP, data quality tools, and excel
• Atrify, PIM, PLM, and GS1 knowledge is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Good analysis and report writing skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written) is required
