-- Analysis together with client
-- Clarification of framework conditions based on the Learning Canvas
-- Conducting Project Kick-off

► Didactically sensible implementation of the training:
-- Convincing customers
-- Enforcing the points with the customer (acceptance)
-- Observing corporate design and style guides
-- Elaborating learning content from Power Point and “getting it into shape
-- Considering of training language
-- Know output formats for eLearning and compatibility with LMS
-- Appropriate development of learning content and learning objectives with regard to the target group (shop floor, ..)

► Content Management:
-- Upload, post learning content on our website
-- Creation of closed captions (subtitles) for accessibility reasons

What you need to have:

-- Bachelor’s degree in International Management, (Online) Media Management, Digital Media
-- Graphic/Design with project management experience, understanding of design, creativity
-- The ability of making decisions and selecting solutions self-sufficiently based on your analytical skill set, as well as coordinating across hierarchical levels in case of routine questions within the area of expertise
-- Confidence with the authoring tool “Articulate Storyline 360”, Certified instructional designer
-- Familiarity with video editing tools
-- Ideally knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia
-- Knowledge of Adobe Animate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and HTML, CSS is an advantage
-- Very good English skills, German language skills is an advantage
-- High degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness, independence, internet affinity as well as interest in digital media and e-learning
